This was the best place we have ever stayed in Florida with kids. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, and there’s a whole mountain of beach gear and toys, plus bikes — which were an absolute game changer. We rode them everywhere. There’s also a cozy little patio where you can relax in the evenings after putting the kids to bed. Roberto helped us with absolutely everything and always with a smile. We look back on our spring break here with so much warmth and would love to come back again someday. We had zero problems

Wanted to catch sunrise with having to drive to the beach so we stayed for one night and we were not disappointed. The host was accessible and very helpful. A mini mansion converted in suites/ private rooms that are Parisian themed. Very cozy and unique boutique stay. Our suite was a cute little apartment style suite with separate living room and bedroom with access to the back patio area from our bedroom which had a comfy king sized bed and big tv. The place was clean and smelled pleasant all throughout included bedding and towels. Had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and even a small gas stove ?. Bathroom was very clean and the showered had the best pressure and temperature. Lots of small extras to use like a sauna, hot tub, bbq grill, pull up bar, bikes available on the back patio, which we didn’t use because we weren’t there long enough. They also offer Parking for $30 per day in a lot very near by located behind the abandoned Hollywood Beach Resort. I will absolutely be back again.

Parking was difficult

Location was great! The building needs some maintenance. The door in the master bedroom to the outside stairs did not lock. There were several dead insects on the floor throughout the rooms when we arrived. The hot tub was very sandy and did not appear clean. If we were staying longer I would have been concerned about the lock but we were only there for a night.

My family and I were very impressed with our hotel and how cute our room was. We absolutely loved the outdoor patio. The beach was only steps away with the board walk right there making it easy to get around. We definitely want to come back. Ricardo the manager was awesome!
