Breakfast nice. Bathroom was grungy. Good mattresses and pillows. Carpet was slightly dirty.

Excellent service , new beds and good hot breakfast options

Had issues with noise at night with slamming doors and rude people talking loudly but that is not a knock on the hotel, just people in general. Would return in the future

Breakfast wasn’t great. Toaster only works on one side. Ran out of different breakfast foods at various times

Breakfast included was excellent but $10/per day parking. Ice machine and washer and dryers only on certain floors. No suna or hot tub.

For this property to be highlighted as ‘recently renovated’, I question that. Our toilet was poorly attached to floor and toilet paper holder wasn’t properly attached to wall. Bed topper smelled lightly of smoke, elevators were humid and smelly. Breakfast was not desirable. Parking wasn’t a problem and hotel was conveniently located, I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is in a very nice location on the island. Adjacent to a park with a live music event every Tuesday during the summer. About a 12 minute walk to the public beach and about the same time in another direction to the food market, restaurants and shops. One restaurant is close by only taking a 5 minute walk. If unable to walk, a free trolley close by will take you to the same places. Beautiful landscape surrounding the hotel. Very pleasant area. Friendly and professional staff.

The staff was great. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants.

Our room was only cleaned one day out of 4. Even though daily housekeeping was supposed to be provided. Had to ask for towels, cups and toilet paper. Went to front desk for tp and was offered box of Kleenex. Breakfast was okay but wasn’t told about $10 a day parking until checkout. Won’t be staying there again.

Great location for biking or walking to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time and everything was great at the facility.

The girls at the Front desk were super courteous and accommodating.

Pretty good spot to stay in and was a decent price compared to other accommodations around the area. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options. You do have to pay for parking but it was $10 a day. The trolley was accessible right on the property which was awesome to use. Hotel is located pretty close to a lot of tourist locations and close to stores that you can buy essentials at

The hotel stay was great, all the staff were wonderful, cleans, breakfast every morning, perfect location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and tourist shopping, etc.

Hotel was good. Pool area was nice. Enjoyed seeing the alligators and turtles in the pond. Easy walk to the beach from the hotel.

Front desk staff has poor communication
