Great people but lacked atm and consistent dining options for lunch or. Dinner

Lady at check in was rude to my 12 year old son who has autism. Bathroom toilet would not flush.

Property is being renovated in summer 26.

Room was updated and nice. The hide-a-bed was pretty dirty underneath, but the rest of the room was clean. Would stay there again. Very quiet as well.

Good location in Highlands Ranch, Lonetree and Centennial. Plenty of great restaurants and a a easy ride into Denver. Just don't travel in morning or afternoon rush hours. You'll need a rental car for this hotel location. There is a Budget Rental a mile up tbe road. You do need rental car at this location.

Easy parking, very friendly staff very close to all kinds of shopping/food options.

the staff and the bed it really needs an upgarde; it felt beat up amd there was a pair of someone else's underwear left in the room

See below 1st room toilet leaked at the base. Drying new paint fumes made my wife ill during first nite.Then moved from the 2 double bed room to what we were told was the only other room available which was a larger, studio room. One double bed and a pull-out sofa bed with a 3 inch mattress. That bed had crumbs in it. Miserable, but did not complain further. Breakfast was okay except only fruit was bananas available ab out every other day. We know which motel chain not to recommend. Oh, and our stay was for 8 nights.
