Two days in they finally put a sign on the front desk notifying incoming guests there was no hot water.

Clean Room.

This property was awful. There wasn’t any hot water in the hotel. The front desk clerk said that the hot water would return by 10:30 am the next morning and that was a straight up lie. I met a gentleman there while I was waiting for my Lyft, he said that the hot water was never there because he’s been there a week and was leaving. The location is terrible because it’s next to a major road with lots of traffic. I didn’t sleep due the noise from the highway. I’ve never stayed at such a bad place when it comes to hotels. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this place.

No hot water and the AC wasn't working

Continental Breakfast way to expensive for what you get. No ice. Only 1 small machine for 10 floors. No hot water for showering

No hot water, promised an early check in. Yet never happened. Blood stains or perhaps wine stains on couch cushions, ice machine had no ice. Had a wonderful view of their roof and overpass freeway. Was told about a 40% discount on room for the hot water inconvenience. Never happened.. All they did was pacify me with promises that never took place.

There was no hot water in the hotel for 2 days. They said they couldn’t pay for me to have a room at another property. I reported the health code violation

We really enjoyed our stay . Traveled with my husband and 2 teens. Clean rooms ,very friendly staff . Loved the outdoor pool (wished it was open later) ! Restaurant/ lounge was fantastic! Very delicious food with several dinner options . Great location, easy access to many restaurants and shopping nearby . Eileen in the lounge was very nice and Riley at the desk was very helpful and sweet !

Breakfast wasn’t free like the website said but I was okay over all

The rooms were outdated the shower doesn’t get hot there was stains on the wall by the AC unit the hotel had a mold smell to it like water damage and the sitting chairs in the room were nasty looking but the breakfast was actually good and the area was clean the staff were kind as well
