Helpful staff and clean, comfortable accommodations.

All good except breakfast was disappointing. Not all advertised options were available. Most hot selections were room temp at best.

Terrible experience

Room was clean. Good location. Parking can be a little tight in front of the rooms.

Woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and noticed light from the shower vent, through the shower drain and upon inspection (when my husband woke and I told him) found that you could see straight through. No air duct attached, no fan, just a hollow hallway with views into all the other shower vents. Contaxted ciroirate Best Western and still haven’t gotten a response 3 days later besides them telling management to refund us for our “early” check out. Alerted fire marshal and county building inspectors- pending a call back. Considering call to PD. This was a baseball Allstar week/weekend with tons of kids 8 and under. Absolutely terrifying to think of the privacy violation going on here and what could’ve been happening behind closed doors.

We did not enjoy the outside room as there were trucks with no mufflers leaving and returning at all hours during our stay. It was a very busy and noisy location. The breakfast was excellent.

A bit noisy across from the pool. Adequate, but certainly not the ritz.

The breakfast was good, with real eggs cooked on site. Health inspection score of 97 was posted. The room and pool were clean.

Great experience! Will stay again if in the area

The location was great! The rooms were run down and not the cleanest. There was a weird vent above the showerhead and the bathroom was just gross. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a board. There was no overhead lighting only 3 lamps that barely lit up the room. There were cobwebs around the curtains that looked like they have been there for a very long time. Add all this up to some sketchy stuff going on in the room beside of us and men peeing out in the parking lot with no shame. Honestly the worst experience at a Best Western we've ever had. We ended up leaving a night early because we didn't feel safe with what was going on beside of us. Saved for months for this trip just to be let down. The pictures are not how the rooms actually look. Definitely needs some updates and more security!

Front desk staff very nice. The motel is starting to show its age. Comfortable bed.

The room was very dated and stank like stale potato chips. I booked using hotels dot com but the hotel did not have the reservation. Thankfully I was able to cancel and book direct with the hotel. But if I had seen the room beforehand I would have gone elsewhere. I ate breakfast the following morning at 8:30 am and the grits and eggs and gravy were already cold and therefore not very tasty. I did not eat it. I will reconsider if I ever stay at a Best Western again, and likely will avoid them. The desk staff were helpful. But the room stank and the bed was not comfortable.

The breakfast was OK. Food was fresh from the kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking space in front of my room was rather close to a retainer wall other than that stay was OK.
