The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was to our liking. The breakfast was very good, especially the waffles. Unfortunately, I cannot say too much about some guest. Especially the ones with families. They acted like they owned the place. Some people you cannot teach manners to. There was a sweet mother and daughter that came over and played with our dog, very sweet. Overall, we had a great time and will stay there again. Thanks for the wonderful service.

This hotel was perfect for us. The staff was super. We had specific religious needs as observant Jews and they were extremely helpful and kind. Great, accessible location for touring. Fridge and microwave in the room, and a great breakfast. Great for families.

If you have to cook your own food and need a spacious room. This is the place. I book this hotel when I have to workshop at Functional Patterns on Stefanie steer. They also have a laundry room. Awesome Hotel!!

I wasn’t greater when I first arrived and they didn’t appear to be very happy. I was afraid to ask them questions. I will not return.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was decent with a decent breakfast. The sofa bed mattress was terrible. My son slept in the sofa cushions on the floor. The elevator broke a couple times so we took the stairs.

Staff was very helpful. Property was clean and in a good location for shopping and dining. There was some construction being done in the pool area. But the issue is not with the property. The problem is with Booking.com booking me in the wrong room and false information about the room. I had to pay an additional $180.00 to get the room I need an originally booked. On top of what I had already paid booking.com

It is a nice place to stay with family. There are many places to eat or shop around the hotel and parking was easy to find.

This is the worst hotel experience of our road trip in the USA. The staff who welcome us have very bad attitude, including the manager. Booking.com sold us 2 rooms which are not available, and the manager said they they were aware of the problem for 5 years. What? So for 5 years they keep allowing customers to book rooms that are not available? The rooms are old, the sofa also looks old and dirty. And if you have a dog, don’t come here unless you are happy to pay USD 150. It’s an outrageous charge that is almost as expensive as a room. What is the justification for that?

The hotel itself was great, but customer service like that is what makes people want to come back. Thank you again to Amber and the team for making our stay such a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!
