M Resort Spa Casino

One of the people in the cashiers cage when asked to help me get my Penn Wallet app working, didn't know much about it and I politely asked him if someone else should help me. This went on for a couple minutes and he abruptly called the next person in line and stopped trying to help. I went to another person after standing in line yet again and she was able to help me in seconds. This soured me on the whole experience. Check in staff were very nice.

From now on, I will stay at M Resort when I pass through Vegas. I am not a Vegas Strip kind of person, nor am I big on Casinos. I just need a nice room, good food, a relaxing pool, and nice amenities. M Resort has all of that at a great price. The pool deck is exceptionally nice...I highly recommend spending some time out there. The room was clean with comfy beds, a nice shower and bath as well. We ordered room service which was all really good food and came quickly with lovely presentation. I only have a few small nit-picky things to say. The wait for the elevator was long. It was backed up for a while. I am not sure if they were only running some of the lines but the wait was too long. The only other bummer was that the pool closed at 7pm. I would have loved to hang out there longer. Again, I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

The room was clean, however, the fire alarm's light was bothersome while trying to sleep since it was really bright. The property is out of the way from the main strip so it can get costly with uber rides. The shuttle available only takes you to the airport.

Beautiful, well kept and quiet resort. It didn’t smell smoky in the casino either. The service from ever single person we encountered was amazing and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!

This was a pleasant resort - it had the sophistication of an upscale resort with all the conveniences and fun of a Vegas casino. I liked that I felt like was at a hotel for relaxation and not bombarded with slot machines and casino noise. The Baby Cakes snack bar is delicious!!! Make sure to have the Italian vanilla donut!!! The staff was kind and accommodated a late checkout. The room was spacious and beautiful view.

Nice, comfy room. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning my room. Amenities and restaurants are a bonus, love the pool and gym and food is delicious. Definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful! Easy and convenient location. Enough away from the strip that it’s easy access to the hotel but close enough to drive to the strip to enjoy the excitement and nightlife. We will be back :)

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean, and the property was well maintained. My only complaint was the staff at Vig Deli. They weren’t very friendly—they simply handed me my food without saying thank you or showing any appreciation for my business. A little better customer service would have made the experience much more welcoming. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

We stayed at the newer side of the resort. Loved that everything was new. The only down side is that rooms are a lot smaller than the original side. No double sink, or bathtubs on the new side.

Wry classy, clean and modern with Vegas vibes. The fitness center is marvelous and outdoor pool is amazing. I love this place.

Loved the hotel. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Clean, well priced and good for families.

Although the staff was friendly and very helpful, the property overall was below expectations. The first room assigned to me was dirty and poorly maintained, with worn furniture, dusty surfaces, and stained carpets. The common areas of the property also appeared neglected and insufficiently cleaned.

Other then that I truly enjoyed it. Jayden@16 Asian Fusion Restaurant was very yummy and the view was outstanding. I'll definitely go back.

The hotel itself was very clean the room was clean but the bathroom was not as clean. The pool chairs and tables were so dirty that we had to put out a towel just to put our stuff down. The pool deck and furniture were not clean. The pool servers were amazing!! We loved Courtney, Val and Paul!! Talking about top notch service at the pool. Check in girl was not as helpful amd friendly as many others

Great place to stay. Pricing was reasonable for food Valet staff and front desk staff were great.
