Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel

The staff members were friendly and helpful, particularly Alex in facilities and maintenance, and the young woman at the front desk the evening we checked in who got bandage and alcohol wipes for my husband. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was nice. The only minor annoyance was that for several nights, the winds randomly whacked tree branches against the window. Time for pruning!

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

I had a good experience, but the parking lot was always filled with uhuals, trailers and bigger trucks that took up 4 plus parking spaces and it was hard to find parking

Staff is friendly. Breakfast needs some work. Biscuits were dry, the gravy was runny, and the egg was plain.

The location was very convenient, about 30 minutes from Las Vegas. It was quiet, clean, and we felt safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable, the pool looked immaculate! Wish I had a chance to swim. My only complaint is they were clearing away breakfast at 9 when I was told it lasted til 9:30.

All the property was well maintained, the grounds, lighting, parking lots, swimming pool area, and the exterior of the entire building from the parking lots to the roof line. Everything from the outside areas to the inside of the facility was great! We felt very safe and secure staying here! It was also very nice to have an associate at the front desk 24/7! Excellent service from the entire staff! We will be returning for another stay at Best Western + in the near future!! Thank you very much!!
