Envi Boutique Hotel Henderson-Evansville South

Our room was definitely updated and clean. This motel/hotel appears to be under new management. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the breakfast room too small. The permanently manned reception kiosk is situated in the breakfast room and makes one wonder if someone is listening to your conversation. Having said all this, it is apparent that this establishment is slowly being improved. Henderson is in dire need of a decent hotel and I hope this one succeeds.

One thing different is a zoom type check-in screen. Different and not something I'd prefer but understand it saves on staff I guess? One disadvantage. You are always speaking out loud so you give your email, phone number, etc so all in the room can hear it. Believe they also announced the final bill at check-in. Guy on the screen was friendly and nice but hard to evaluate 'staff' when they aren't really there. I will use them again and do recommend. There aren't many good options in Henderson.

Negatives: The air conditioner rattled and the floor had bugs on it. The worst part was how loud the upstairs guests were until 4am. I got no sleep. I reported this to staff twice, but nothing seemed to change. There was a family of 7 above me bouncing balls on the floor and jumping off beds all night. I won’t stay again.

Only thing to complain about was the temperature of hot water luke warm but ok

After paying on booking, was forced to pay an additional 50$ that was never disclosed on booking, got into our room to find we only had sheets and no blankets, had to go to office 3 times to request the blankets as it was late and after traveling we were very tired, the outlets did not work, the floors had hair and dirt everywhere, sheets were torn and no fitted sheet even put on the mattresses. Breakfast was just as horrible, after breakfast had already been going for an hour and a half, we were still locked out of the fridge which contained butter, juice and milk for cereal. Worst experience ever. And waste of money.

I loved the honeymoon suite! It was amazing in the room. The hotel is ran down looking on outside. I was worried about staying there at 1st. I think their remodeling or fixing it up tho. I also didn't like talking to a person on the computer to ck in and out.

bed stinks very terrible

My non smoking room stenched so bad of cigarettes . The place was absolutely nothing like the pictures . The staff was on a computer screen and was no help . There were weird people hanging around outside the whole time . So ghetto and would never ever go back

The ONLY thing I liked about our stay is that it was close to our family who lives in Henderson. The rest of the experience wasn’t great The smell in the room was awful. The film that was on the floor made us feel like you couldn’t take your shoes off

The rooms are nice. My room was missing the promised mini fridge. I was promised a discounted stay because my first trip there the jacuzzi tube didnt work. You only talk to a kiosk so they can disregard you and lie to you. Also second stay person screaming help. Mexicans playing music until 3am.

Very clean and elegant would highly recommend even for a weekend getaway perfect !!!

Breakfast was adequate. Property needed work. The pictures on bookings must have been taken when the property was new. We were given a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke and there were burn holes in the comforter.

Great location. Extra blankets were not available in the evening hours.

Relatively affordable. Plastic, cleanable floors. Comfortable bed. Motel was not guest friendly. Check-in was frustrating, because we were greeted only by a talking head on a kiosk screen, who was overly demanding in attitude and could not speak understandable English. Finally, by concentrated effort, we were able to communicate enough to obtain the keys. Room contained only the very minimum of necessities (desk lights, hangers, towels, bar soap, etc). Breakfast was substandard, and we were unsettled by the security camera trained on our plates as we ate in the breakfast room. In retrospect, we should have paid an extra $30 and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express two blocks away, staffed by real humans who speak adequate English.

This hotel is faceless with mechanical check-in and no decor in the room.

The outer view of the property was motel-ish, but upgrades are in effect. Interior of property is modern and elegant, considering the small town, low frill area. Clean room, beautiful hot tub option, and excellent shower option. I recommend a stay.

Our toilet ran on and off for the two days/nights of our stay. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf to put toiletries on. Shower floor was slippery. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the fridge was COLD.

Cleanliest room I've been in for years! Plenty of Fast food to choose from.
