Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY

The breakfast was horrible. I do not eat pork and they serve pork links sausage. The eggs was cold. The hashbrowns was cold and we came down at the exact time. That breakfast was being served terrible.

The hotel hallway smelled and the rooms weren't that clean. Beds were totally uncomfortable. I was glad to be there only 1 night. I asked for additional pillows and they could only give one. Not very helpful staff.

Other than that, the hotel was pretty decent.

Overall.. pleasant stay… very quiet..

Room was decent, but smelled very musty. The room was super hot and uncomfortable when first entering, and the air was think and humid. The breakfast was mostly gone the two times I went to try and get any. Shuttle communication was very lacking, but that might be the fault of Expedia’s description. Overall, I wouldn’t say terrible… I got a good night’s sleep which was the whole point. I’d hope for a better experience though.

The pool was closed for our stay. The beds were very hard and the pillows were small and flat. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were great.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was not the best. Alot of the items were gone and not replaced. Need to keep the are filled with hot items for guests

They gave a suggestion for a restaurant and it was very good

We especially liked the complimentary breakfast. They had a waffle maker, and biscuits and gravy one day. Hashboards the next. Also sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, muffins and pastries.

It was clean but worn. Everything was just ok for the price

Pleasant

I was never able to get into the room without difficulty. The key card always gave me trouble. I was told repeatedly that it deactivates with my credit cards or phone but even when I had neither my door never opened. I constantly had to go ack downstairs to get help. Last day they said it was the battery that needed to be replaced. Even after that the door still gave me trouble. It was annoying especially when you just wanted to go back into the room to rest after a long day. Ice machine on my floor also didn’t work so I had to go all the way downstairs to get it. Other than that, cleaning ladies were a gem, they were so sweet and even sometimes helped me open my door. The front staff were nice as well, wish breakfast had more variety but okay stay.

Almost everything Got there at 3 couldn't check in until 3:30. But the lady was really nice. Pool was down the next morning so couldn't go swimming.

The stay was bad at all! Room was very clean and the price for stay was nice.
