Helpful staff. Nice times with mini kitchen area for extended stay guests Good value

The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown. It was a bit worn down. We chose it for the separate bedroom as we are traveling with a teenage child. I had to ask for a third set of towels as well as sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. They did not provide blankets or anything and actually asked if I just wanted a top sheet for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and my daughter actually was too cold at night but too tired to turn the ac down. The shower curtain also has to be inside the tub or the bathroom floods. We used most of the towels cleaning up this mistake and the cleaning person continued to leave the shower curtain outside the tub. If the curtain was outside after a shower it still caused a bit of a flood from the dripping.

Great alternative to stay in Hartford.

I liked everything about the hotel especially no problem parking

This is the perfect hotel if you are attending a concert at the Meadows! The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, and the walk to the venue was short and safe. Definitely recommend!
-
Nice spot, amenities as listed, clean, fair last minute booking.

Very straightforward place. Clean and fairly quiet hotel. However walls thin so could easily hear neighbors in their room. The front desk person did not seem interested in putting us in the best room possible. We were put in a room that did not match what we had purchased, but we were in too much of a hurry to rectify.

Room was very clean but had closet door sticking when opening and refrigerator was humming during the night.

I liked that everything was clean. I was very comfortable during my stay. If breakfast was served, this hotel would be perfect but I did have to go out and find breakfast. Small inconvenience but overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will stay here the next time I’m in town.

Not the best location but the room was clean and spacious and the front desk help was good. We would have liked our room cleaned up and towels, coffee replaced but were told they only do that if you stay a week. Otherwise just fine for two nights

For almost $400 a night, I did expect a higher quality of cleanliness. The only upside was proximity to the venue we were going to.

Parking was plentiful. Check in was good- fast & super easy. Room was really clean except that there was a pretty nasty smell (I think from the carpet. Like maybe the carpet needs to be washed) I love that the windows open (although just a little) but I had to keep them open b/c of the smell

All right, all right give me a second let me

Needs updating

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was hair in what were supposed to be clean towels, thick dust built up in the bathroom vent, and dust/toothpaste splatter left on the mirror. The surrounding area also gave off a very uncomfortable vibe, including nearby homeless tents, which made the stay feel less safe and relaxing than expected. Overall, it wasn’t the worst stay, but definitely not worth the price we paid. We’ll be back in Hartford this weekend, but we won’t be staying here again.

Kitchenette is not stocked w/ pans and have to borrow from the hotel “locker”. Bed has a topper but still woke with sore back and shoulders. Online did not mention a pool but there is a small indoor one.

Yes there was a lot that I did not like about the hotel first of all the front desk lady she was rude no professional at all every question they was asked she gave us an attitude she never gave us the right answer over charged for checkout.

The first room I was assigned wasn’t clean, as in it just got overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing offensive or gross. Front desk reassigned me quickly and apologized. Mistakes are unavoidable, we are human; great staff response and great stay otherwise.

Was it able to stay at the hotel because didn’t know I was getting charged an extra hundred dollars to stay there?
