Good place to sleep. The breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but it worked. Great view of the city!
-
The parking lot was well lit with safe surroundings. Because of the quality of this Days Inn, my husband and I are happy to consider Days Inn as a reasonable first choice for our travels.

Beds were uncomfortable, room was ok, but could use tlc. Towel holder in bathroom was rusty, hole in the wall. Faint cigarette smoke in the room.

WE WILL NOT BE BACK! We made reservations with explicit instructions to divide the bill among our four guests. Each guest again requested separate bills upon arrival, only to be told that this could not be done. Had the hotel been honest with us when we made the reservation, we would have chosen another hotel entirely. Throughout the stay, our guests repeatedly complained that communication with the front desk was extremely difficult. They could not understand the employee working the desk, and she could not understand them. This created unnecessary frustration during what should have been a simple, pleasant stay. While the rooms were clean—as they should be—the complimentary continental breakfast was disappointing, offering no breakfast meat options at all. As a result, our guests ended up going next door to Waffle House for breakfast. To make matters worse, guests were not provided receipts at checkout because the same front desk employee did not know how to generate invoices. We travel to this area every year and typically bring between 4 and 10 guests. This was our first time trying this hotel, and it will absolutely be our last. Not only will we never return to this property, but we will also no longer consider staying at any Days Inn location for any of our eight annual multi-night, multi-guest trips. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of communication, poor customer service, and inadequate staff training. We expected much better and were deeply disappointed.

Location and value Odor in room.

Disappointing
-
Not much. In nonsmoking rooms WEED apparently is permitted. You could smell it thick in the hallways to the room. Mostly sketchy people staying there probably due to the price. The sheets were dirty and had black smears and brown smears. Maybe poop. The pillow and mascara and gum. Dog poop, assuming or baby poop ok floor. The room was partially updated minus the a/c unit and the tub. The shower was not attached to wall. The room was very humid

Unfortunately housekeeping came in, unrequested while I was out briefly in the afternoon, and while taking out trash, they threw away a denture. It was by my toothbrush on the sink napkin. This morning they would not help me pull trash bags out of the dumpster to find it.

Superb
-
the room was good and clean the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very disappointing, and the breakfast area was very small, the only real option was a waffle
-
It was a clean room. The staff were very helpful but out of the way.
-
Wonderful place to stay from the staff to the rooms and breakfast. Zero
-
The inn is well located, close to the highway. The breakfast was reasonably good. Bread and waffles provided some hot breakfast options to the regular food items. The beds. Both beds in the room creaked at the slightest movement. My main purpose for this stay was to have a place to sleep at night during a road trip. I could not sleep the whole night due to the noisy beds.

Love how clean it is and how sweet the staff were. People playing music in front of my door @1200AM. Danced to it ngl.

This was a good experience, especially for the price! Was a steal for just one night's stay.
-
Nothing The fact that there was mold inside the room. The door seal was nonexistent, so there was a 2 inch gap under the door. The bathroom light was on the outside of the bathroom. There were burnt out lightbulbs that we had to go down twice to ask for. I did not like the fact that they took the money out of my account before we even checked in.
-
Great front desk and very clean. Nice parking and view. Everything was good

Staff are all liars who refuse to let you speak with them GM. They also make excuses for everything. Bathroom door broken and no privacy. Staff refuse to fix any complaints. Microwave broken turn table. Soap dish filthy. Floors scratched and awful. Window blinds broken. Was told manager would speak with me but never talked. They hide and refuse to answer complaints. The bed is the worse part of all. It squeaks every movement. Its literally the most awful bed ever. Property is junk. Refuse to offer discounts or comp a night to make up for the horrible quality service. Staff also accused me of banging when it was upstairs banging for over 4 hours. Viktas Ghandi runs all the wyndhams in harrisonburg and all of them are run down and terrible I stayed in Super 8 and it had mice in the room. I called the building inspector and they said there was already complaints in progress. Dont stay here unless you dont care about dirty broken rooms with broken everything.
-
nice sized room with a comfy bed. loved the garden jacuzzi tub too not much I can complain about
-
I liked the fact that our room was in another building and when we came out of our rooms we were in a hall and not right out on the concrete. Nothing
