The Hotel at Arundel Preserve

Excellent, safe location. Clean property with several restaurants and shopping nearby. Had to pay $10 for parking.

The bad first, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the reception could have been more helpful. The bathrooms were obviously not well maintained, there was pink mold on the corners of the shower and crumbs of things in the sink. The room was otherwise clean. There was a master switch for the room and nothing works until you turn it on. Fine, but the reception should have said so, it was on a piece of paper they hand you at check in, but who reads a whole print out before turning on the lights in their room? The desk was annoyed when I called down to ask. Other than that everyone was friendly, everything else was clean. The pool was small, crowded and cold, but in working order and as pictured. The beds were comfortable, all the amenities worked, the restaurant and bar were both nice. It’s a nice property, we would stay again.

We were visiting family that lives adjacent to the hotel - super convenient but parking could be complementary for friends and family since they recommended the hotel. Other than that - great hotel. Great restaurants too .

The room was clean as always. Staff was friendly. Went to George Martin Grille Fire for dinner definitely a great place to dine. The bagel shop was a minute walk from the hotel. Great breakfast bagels. Enjoyed my stay very much. This is my third time at Hotel Preserve. Always a great place to stay.

My stay at The Hotel Preserve was outstanding from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

Overall experience was good but I wasn’t able to cast my phone to the television after following directions. I called the front desk and they weren’t able to help me. The WiFi signal wasn’t the strongest. I really liked how the bathroom was separated into two rooms
