The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in for sure. It had even a room from a cruise beat! Using key cards to use the elevator was annoying but I get it was a safety measure! The fire alarm was tripped somewhere in the building upon check in so that was loud! Not a place to stay if you have kids.

Stayed three days, staff never cleaned room, no clean towels, trash never picked up! Would not stay there again!

Clean, friendly, comfortable This is my second stay there and I love it’s the only thing that is a little odd is how the employees dress in hoodies when the rest of the hotel is so fancy.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Hamilton and a rich history, as well. Staff was professional and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious...we will be back!

The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. The front desk is paralyzed when this happens and unable to contact Expedia for you to attempt to rectify the problem.

We had a great night stay actually we were in town for a wedding did not want to be emoji but there was a nice bar/restaurant on site. We had a river view room which was a nice. Would definitely stay again. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Great hotel right in the heart of Hamilton. No need to travel far for a great dinner the restaurant right in the hotel is great. The staff is super friendly.

The room was large and well designed. Everything was impeccably clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with plenty of options.
