Hampton Inn Hagerstown

Breakfast was great, staff was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping is every other day, but they were kind to do daily when I needed it. The room doors are very hard to open for children and elderly, please see how can be improved so no accident happens. Staff was helpful assist in this situation.

Staff was very cheerful and helpful. We arrived early and they let us check-in. They recently remodeled and everything was clean, crisp, and beautiful. Nice outdoor pool and fire pit area!!

We were on vacation for a wedding of a family member and the price was reasonable and it exceeded our expectations. The only downside was at the time that we went the pool was closed but aside from that the stay was amazing. There is nothing I didn't like about this Hilton is an amazing choice always and the area around was amazing we didn't struggle to find food at all Hagerstown is beautiful. We loved the stay and would love to come again.

I liked that the hotel was near the event I was attending. The wifi wasn't working for HOURS..I had had a long day, and I was expecting to relax with watching the tv

Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the TV and the microwave smelled like smoke when we tried to use it.

We were impressed with little things the staff did that made our stay memorable. The greeting on the tv set and the text messages we received upon arrival to our room was very much appreciated. It meant so much when the staff gave us a coupon for free appetizers at a local restaurant.

There was a power outage due to a bad storm when we arrived and lots of folks trying to check in. The front desk staff was very helpful. The property is very nice with very nice rooms and the hotel property is well maintained. Appreciate their dog policy and area to walk them.

Pool is great. Awesome partially covered patio. Hot breakfast. You will be happy and satisfied at this Hampton Inn.
