Courtyard by Marriott LA Hacienda Heights/Orange County

I loved the neighborhood so much. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff was also amazing.

We are mobility challenged. The accessable room waa the farthest from the lobby. The bathroom had a bathtub shower. The room waa cramped with 2 walkers and 4 suitcases. When we were ready to check out the person answering the lobby phone said they would not help us with luggage. We ultimately found one of the housekeepers who was willing to help us.With our mobility challenges it would have taken us at least an hour+ to get out. We tipped the housekeeper $20. We are very disappointed in your customer service.

The staff is very helpful and keeps the most delicious cucumber water in the lobby. What a refreshing treat after a day in the sun. The rooms are very clean and much larger than I expected. My only desire was for the pool to be clean, but there was algae growth on the bottom and sides. Parking is ample and secure.

Very quiet and always star here to study and focus.

The staff was great, but the room was OK. I booked a room with two queen beds in the room that we got only had one queen bed.

The property is clean and there is plenty of parking. The listing says breakfast is included but when we went to get some, they hardly had options. We ordered 2 bagels and a yogurt which ended up costing $65. Parking permits are $16 a day, and to use the WiFi you just sign up for a Marriott Bonvoy membership. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

Nice quiet stay!

This hotel is a great option if you’re traveling with family because of the multiple bed options. We are a family of five and typically stay here when we’re visiting the area. It’s also very close to the freeway which is convenient.

Check in was 4 and according to Expedia it was 3. That was annoying and front desk was rude and unprofessional

Great place and location. Very clean

The hotel was super clean and the staff were super very friendly. The room was perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were a plus. Definitely will be returning!
