The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up leaving the door open on our car all night! Thankfully nothing was taken but its a good thing bc the outside cameras on each end of the building didnt even work. We paid $250+ for a room. The hotels, the carpeted stairwells were absolutely filthy also. We def wont recommend or stay here again.

The staff let us look at another room. It was worse. Luckily we were able to cancel and get a refund.

I want a refund there were roaches in my shower bag and in the kitchen in my room

Hotel described on the room doors as having. Game room and hot tub they did not. The pool was small and in the shape of a boomerrang. Asked the front desk for pool towels and she wouldn’t help. Said the cleaning people were on the floor and they would have to get them. The bathroom in our room look like the ceiling had a ton of water damage. We paid for two queen size beds and got fulls. There were no benches to sit on outside of hotel. The outside looked like children had done the paint job. The worst for me was when I walked into the hotel room the mildew smell was overwhelming. I would recommend going out to get breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was crazy. Had it set to 68 the room would not get cold the air conditioner kept jumping from 73-60 whatever numbers it displayed was not accurate. Blew out cold air but would not cool the room down. The room was just a tad bit cooler than outside.

Hotel and room were not very clean. Did not feel comfortable at this location and ended up booking elsewhere for the night.

Room had a foul smell. I am glad I didn’t take my slippers off. Otherwise I’m sue the carpet would have felt not dry. The public bathrooms were disgusting, hair and used products all over the place. The indoor pool was small and unclean

I was hoping for a outside pool, but it was inside

Had to move rooms sheets had lots of stains there was bugs in the room had to move rooms the first day bc of the door

This hotel was not very clean or well maintained at all. The price was really good but they have not maintained the appearance at all. The floor in our room was sticky and there was a mildew smell when you walked in the room. It was very humid in the room and all of our clothes and really everything stayed damp. This property could be very nice but they need to make a lot of updates and cleaning. It was only 14 blocks from the beach so that was nice and there is a Walgreens and grocery store right next door.

Glass in pool area for one. Floors were gross. Day one coming off of the beach we had clean feet going in. An hour later we had black feet. Phone cord was messed up. Couldn't call aside from messing with it for a few minutes and on speaker. Fridge would shut at one point. Tried continually for about 20 minutes woth things inside and with nothing inside. Young black male from the front desk came and finagled with it and got it to close. He also fixed our TV. He had to go in and out a few times fixing this TV issue. Curtains were shredded

Nothing It was filthy & had terrible smell, supposed to stayed the whole weekend but changed it to a 1 night stay.

Close to beach. Our room was dirty. The smell was horrible. I’m pretty sure it was mold. I had a headache the whole stay. The refrigerator was dirty. Way over priced for the state of the room.
