Clean room, helpful staff, plenty of parking.

Overall it was a fine stay we were just here for one night the room was very spacious. The elevator and the property is a bit older.

Staff was amazing. Room was dirty, stains on the sheets. Room was not like it looked in the pictures, no bathtub. Good parking and a well stocked breakfast. Just not impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast

Our room was clean, for the most part, but definitely needed an "extra attention cleaning". It looked like someone had an extended stay and once they checked out the hotel staff did the standard cleaning. There were areas on the wall and base boards that needed wiped down. The air vent was full of dust.

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good. No complaints and I recommend this place.

Very nice and clean. Newly remodeled. Bed very comfortable. Walk in shower. Nice pool and hot tub. Best place I have stayed at this year. Wonderful!!!

Staff and Rooms

Very disappointed. The property was dirty and the grass was overgrown with weeds and tall grass. There was signs graffiti and vandalism around the back entry door as well as on an elevator door. There was what appeared to be an abandoned inoperable vehicle in the back parking lot. Very suspicious people walking through the parking lot day and night. Trash and dirty linen was piled up in the hallways. The pool and spa were dirty and had rings around the tiles. The handicap accessible lifts for the spa and pool did not work.

Near everything in Denver without being downtown. Don’t get the rooms on the highway it’s noisy. We traded and inside rooms were quiet.

This was nicest La Quinta I ever stayed in.

Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very nice. Pet friendly hotel. Close to the interstate so there was quite a bit of noise from the traffic.

Nice hot tub and pool and lovely shaded grounds with walkways. Dogs are allowed. Easy check-in and out

We chose this property based on the fact that they offered roll out beds if requested and clearly stated on the expedia description. I requested them immediately after booking. They said they dont have that option. Strike 1. We arrived and the staff was less than friendly and seemed bothered i was even there. Strike two. Then the elevator was out of service, no sheets were in the room for the sofa bed, the doors to the bathroom and the bedroom didn’t fully close properly. We had a non refundable return reservation at the same hotel, I cancelled it and ate that money. Terrible.

This hotel was excellent in every aspect. I highly recommend it!

My only complaint is the grounds. Flower beds not planted and the pots of plants and flowers are dying do to lack of water

This was a nice property. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is a little bit dated but overall, very well maintained. The breakfast had a variety of options, and everything was cooked properly. I will say the sausage and potatoes were not great. It's a wonderful place for families and the outdoor pool and hot tub were awesome.
