To make matters worse, the room was in terrible condition. The floor was dirty and covered with stains, and the bathtub was filthy, with heavy limescale buildup and grime. The room was so dirty that we even found dead cockroaches inside the dresser drawers. It was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable. I understand that some properties operate on a limited budget, but that should never be an excuse for poor hygiene. Hotels should not charge premium prices simply because there is high demand if they cannot provide clean, sanitary accommodations that meet basic hospitality standards. Considering the price we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing.

Fridge was covered in mold outside and in. Ants on the floor. Advertised as full kitchen but cabinets missing and microwave also disgusting. Two pillows for two beds and nothing but a think sheet. Would sleep in my truck before I stayed here again

Never able to check in, came the next day to check in and reservation was labeled did not show even though we paid for 2 nights. Would not recommend at all. Staff was abysmal to talk too.

Roaches!!! Roaches were all over our room. We grabbed our luggage and never stayed over night. This just happened Friday June 12,2026. I am still waiting for a full refund.

Staff said they were charging me the $25 fee for second dog. I was charged $68.05. Have been unable to get through to get my money back. The next day I found I had been bitten by bed bugs. Avoid this hotel.

The room appeared clean, however, there were many baby roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I realize this property is an extended stay and I was only there for less than 12 hours but they could really use a big treatment.

Horrible the place stinks is dirty has bugs and then they kick you out and the doors don’t lock so someone broke in my room

Being prepped to stay long term, with a better idea of what to expect would be better. Was best pricing available in the area during Indianapolis 500 weekend.

Literally not a single thing. The place was covered and crawling with roaches. The staff is rude and dismissive. Absolutely will never stay here again.

Nothing It had bugs all over the toilet, smelt terrible, the bed wasn’t even made. The whole facility was just trashy

It was an extremely bad experience; I couldn't sleep because of the smell of drugs There were beetles present, and the room smelled of urine. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The parking was decent, and the bed sheets were clean. There is a bad odor in the suite, along with cockroaches, a dry urine stain on the toilet, and a dirty sink. Additionally, the AC unit and refrigerator are very noisy. The room's entrance door is poorly insulated, making every movement outside clearly audible. The fire alarm light was flashing so brightly that it blinded me even through closed eyes.

I had to wait 25 minutes to be checked in. There was urine spots on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. Dead roaches were found under the AC wall unit. The refrigerator was rusty and roaches were escaping from beneath the unit. The headboard was broken and the furniture was peeling. This was the worst I've ever experienced and I travel for work.

Bugs. Roaches in kitchenette and coming out of tub drain. Food crumbs on floor. Soft floor near window. Worse hotel stay ever. Disgusting! No pictures were taken but there are several videos available.
