Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

Let me start off by saying that our bellman Curtis was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly and professional. He provided us with the kind of attention that made my day. He even tried to get us a better room than we had booked but was unsuccessful because the hotel was fully booked. The effort was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Now the room that we got wasn't bad, it was just in an older part of the hotel. We had a small problem with the electric outlets but the maintenance team showed up quickly and resolved the problem. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return whenever we are staying in the area again.

There was no pool open when i was told it was open 3 weeks ago

Said it had pool but pool was filled with dirt and covered up

The property was busy but you wouldn’t know it. Rooms were quiet and clean!

Great experience overall all will definitely come back for another stay recommend to all

Nothing wrong, just very firm bed and worst timing to remodel the pools.

The staff was extremely helpful despite the very large crowd of guests and events during my stay.

Parking is also a problem and often requires a long walk from the parking lot to the hotel entrance. Staff was always pleasant. Housekeeping was provided every day.

We stayed for a 4 day conference. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The catered meals were very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I slept well.

The room was exceptionly clean.

Room was comfortable. The check in staff member was not rude but not personable. He seemed rushed and didnt want to answer my questions. Refrigerator was dirty. Toilet handle broken with a slow flush. Reported all this at checkout which was not written down in my opinion. I was in room 2789 in Greensboro, NC. Elevators in bad repair. Two were broken during my stay in Towers.

My shower water would not drain but other than that it was good

Both pools down, no breakfast, people stuck in elevator staff workers had to asset the people off , no microwave, revolving doors broke it was the worst experience I had a hotel don’t let the name fool you

Loved it!! It was a beautiful stay. I had a little problem with the new girl at the front desk. My card was charged multiple times for the same amount but it was able to be fixed. They also did not disclose the pools were closed for maintenance until I checked in.
