Motel 6 Greensboro, NC - I-40

We immediately left the property when we saw our room. We booked a hotel straight away because we did not want to be there. Although the guy at the front desk wasn't rude or difficult. We are traumatized. dirty bathroom, room smelled like smoke, piss outside in hallway, no trash can in room at all not even in the bathroom. stains all over the bed, closet smelled bad, dirty shower, blood on closet door, mold in the AC, and the walls were yellow from people smoking inside.

Will not stay here again, they have a really bad roach problem. And a no refund policy.

The staff is very professional always speaks and ask how is your stay. Will stay again.

I am still traumatized Did not have rooms when showed up to work for the week just to find out the room i had paid for abd reserved was not calod onsite/ no availability. Disgusting beyond this do not stay here!

Nothing. I have photos of the pure filthiness. I had cigarette burns on my sheets, mold in the freezer, cigarettes in the room, bugs under the fridge, caked mud on the floors, very dirty towels.

Terrible staff I booked on the site but when I got there they said they were all booked up and had no availability so I asked for a refund and was refused one

Needs over all improvements in all areas of business

Just location , there no more to like it The bed was dirty, there were no blankets, no bathroom slippers, no trash can, and no microwave. It was so bad that I only stayed one night, even though I had booked two and should have booked a third. I just couldn't stand it any longer.

On the day of check in there were no room available after calling saying there were me made reservations

I made the reservation and paid in advance. After driving for 7 hours, we arrived at the hotel tired, only to find no room available, and the attendant was incredibly rude and obnoxious. This dump shouldn't even be on Expedia.

This property did not honor my reservation made with Expedia. When I contacted them they said they were FULL and the problem was I made my reservation with a 3rd party(Expedia). Manager said I'd have to get my money back from Expedia. What a hassel

when i arrived there was no pillows on the bed, no cover on the bed, and no toilet paper in the bathroom. i went to the office and asked for a blanket, some pillows and some toilet paper and i received the blanket and toilet paper but was told to come back in 30 minutes for the pillows. i came back 2 hours later and asked for pillows, i waited for 30 minutes all to be told he would have to find some and he would bring them to the room when he did. well a few hours pass and still no pillows so i went back up there again and was told they did not have any. just all around very unprofessional.
