Everything was great, the only other things parking has changed for the weekends to vallet only for parking in the garage. Front desk staff was AMAZING!!!

I liked the property but the parking situation is a complete nightmare. I had to drive around and fight for a spot every time I wanted to go somewhere (this was even parking some distance away; I wasn’t trying to get a close spot, just to park anywhere). Total circus and meanwhile there’s underground parking for a valet fee. Don’t tout “free parking” when it really isn’t or open up that other parking area. I was beyond frustrated.

The location of this property was perfect for someone looking to enjoy the area without having to drive an hour away. Everything was conveniently located near shopping, food, and outdoor entertainment. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.

The music from the car at the parking was super loud around 2 am. There were a several times in the midnight.

Loved the buffet breakfast and the selection of options. Never had pork carnitas at a buffet. The location is awesome! So many cool things to do within walking distance and a wonderful choice of restaurants also within walking distance. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. I’d definitely stay there again.

I reserved the room so my son could have a place to stay after his graduation dinner. He had some friends come over and they didn't allow them to access the builduing and the staff was rude I got him a whole suite so him and maybe who ever was to tired to drive to stay there mind you these were all seniors but yet other people had a party of 10+ and were walking in and out of the property. Staff is not friendly except for maybe the valet personal. I paid almost $300 for a suite that only my son was able to stay because no one else was let inside.

The breakfast (free & the one we paid for) was excellent!!!! Room was big enough for my little family. Very clean. Staff was amazing. The drinks @ the bar were fantastic. Overall. Stay was wonderful! Keep up the good work!!! No complaints here. Everything was to our satisfaction.

The parking!!! They did tell you that parking was first come first serve, but even the parking area for hotel guests only wasn't monitored for if you were actually staying at the hotel. Plus they had events the whole weekend so parking was harder to find.
