Family friendly, beautiful location.

Absolutely loved our stay here and wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Our room had an amazing view of the sunrise in the morning to top it off. Everything was perfect!

Overall pretty disappointed in our experience. I completely understand that the weather is not typical and that certain amenities can not happen because of that. However, in my experience, management did not appropriately staff the property and therefore many of the experiences were not great. The pool was not accessible because there was a capacity of 25 swimmers the first night and then the following day it was closed completely due to “unexpected circumstances” and the rest of the amenities were limited I’m assuming because of the weather (heat wave in March). This as well as the cost of the limited buffet that was provided really put a bad taste in our experience we payed over 100$ for a extremely limited buffet for a family of 6 (2 actually adults, 15yo, 13, 8, 5) and the majority of us just ate a salad. No Mac and cheese or nuggets to be found. We decided to leave very early on our 3rd day. I really came with low expectations on accommodations (our room was riddled with stains on walls and ceiling and the bathroom was laughable and the smell of BO in common areas) but I had hope that the amenities would compensate. It did not.

Very basic accommodations, but it is a Y after all.

Staff and property were excellent. Had a great time!
-
Very nice front desk staff. Clean room. Great open area with chess and tables to hag out in. It was cold out but the rooms were very warm- almost too warm even when we put our thermostat down. Plenty of towels and supplies. Coffee, microwave and small fridge in the room

Nice room, great location!
-
Needs a better clean
-
Swimming pool is closed for multiple months but there were no information about issues in Expedia
-
Quiet, staff good but for nighttime arrivals no lit signage, was lost and had to wander around looking for people to find the building and room
-
Indian Peaks Lodge rooms were spacious
-
Food was too expensive. Trails were great!

each night is worse than the one before. The smell in our rooms is horrible, and the hall smells way worse. the floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fan hardly spins. There is only one trash can. People are screaming all night long. This is nothing like the pictures or the statements and especially nothing like Facebook portrays it. Towels on the floor were not replaced like it shows on the mirror. The only positive thing i can is that the sheets are soft. Beware of black mold. Spoke with the front desk at checkout and were spoken to so rudely!!

It was great location for kids and family.

Breakfast hours are short. Very loud common areas despite “quiet hours”. Pool is not open which isn’t disclosed until check in. 6pm check in was not upheld for reserved room so had to change rooms. Rooms are dated and dirty. Sink and tub didn’t drain properly. Icy walkways. Unpleasant staff throughout.

We stayed in Indian Peaks, the room had new carpet, beds, nice and clean. The only problem was 3x clocked toilet.
