Tru By Hilton Goodyear Phoenix West, AZ

Very clean, My only complaint is how loud it was. Someone was playing music until midnight. You can hear the traffic from the freeway. Staff was very nice and friendly!

When we came in I didn't realize that they had a gym a pool they have snacks around the counter when you walk in. Then there's also a place to do your work and little Nook spaces and they have a cute little wicker swings that are hanging in the front lobby. The room was pretty basic but it was nice and it comes with full service body products if you need them. Other than that I really don't have anything good or bad or amazing to say it was a general room for two people to sleep in for the opening of Buc-ees. The staff was amazing the answer questions and they were very accommodating

I like to stay at Tru. The walls were thin and the AC was noisy.

It was clean, well-maintained and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The eggs were not great. Besides that, the breakfast was wonderful.

I did not like that there were no dressers to put our clotges in. We were surprised this hotel had no pool.

Room was clean although small. Location was very close to Interstate 10. Building was quiet. Check-out staff was pleasant and helpful. Check-in staff was rude and unfriendly. Breakfast sucked. Coffee was cold and bitter. Eggs and sausage were cold.

Room was clean and comfortable. Representative was sensitive to my request to be in a room close to the rest of my family.

Very poor experience. The hotel had no hot water, which was not communicated at check-in. I had an event within the hour and pre-arranged transportation, so I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. Management denied a refund and offered an inappropriate resolution that required switching hotels twice, even after I explained I would be staying out most of the night and not return until almost 6am they still wanted me to play musical chairs between the hotels. Extremely disappointing communication and customer service.
