Water pressure was horrible, bar was closed, lawn people making a lot of noise at 7:00am

The room was dirty, no one was answering the front desk to move me rooms I found a bug in the bed. I have video I left in less than an hour.

Even though it was an older motel it was clean and the air conditioner worked great in the room we were in. The bed was comfy too They let us check in a half hour earlier and we were so thankful after doing a red eye the night before

The whole experience was awesome and it felt cozy and like a home! The staff were always super nice and always willing to help

The facility is nice and clean, but definitely not cool. It was over 110 degrees outside and the room was over 100 inside. After running the AC inside all night it was down to 80 degrees inside. I think this was due to a gap under the door.

It was quiet no drama I was able to go out for a walk have breakfast near by. Nice staff. Breakfast needs more options. Upgrade TVs

Toilet was so busted we had to call maintenance in to fix it just so it would flush. They did offer us to switch rooms but with 2 dogs, that wasn't the best solution. Refused to even attempt the pool because of the filth. Disabled our room keys BEFORE check out time (11am regular check out and we were guaranteed a late check out at 12pm, but the keys were disabled around 10:30am) so we got locked out when we took our dogs for a walk. Had to march my angry butt to the complete other side of the hotel to get them reactivated, all while my dogs were outside in 90° weather. Unacceptable. 1/2 extra star because the front desk staff is really nice (they can't help they work for a crappy hotel) and they do have a big real grass area for pets. But no bags in the pet station so there is dog waste everywhere. Stay anywhere else if you're looking to stay for more than 1 night.

Bathroom was a bit dirty but other than that staff was great

The service from both the front desk and room service (including cleaning) was excellent. The lobby looked clean and welcoming when we got there. The outside facilities need TLC. The first impression was for me to start looking for another place to stay because of how it looked on the outside. Once in the room, it felt better, but the first impression was not the best. Another thing was that our comforter was stained, but overall, clean and well-kept.
