Clean room and great beds

Very average and very overpriced at $220 a night. Pool was out of action. Room had stained old carpet, ripped threadbare sheets on one bed, broken toilet seat, no soap dispenser by the sink, had to use the shower, broken fan in bathroom. No maid service during our 2 night stop. Breakfast was busy with items running out all the time. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at with family. Would not recommend it to families.

Treadmills in gym need service especially the belt which skips. Hot tub was empty, common areas and parking lot need cleaning, right off highway, so loud with semis and traffic, not the best lodging I’ve had.

The room was clean as well as the lobby area and hallways. When we arrived to the room there were pool towels substituted for regular bath towels. When my husband asked for regular towels the next day, the staff seemed irritated by the request. The exterior was not well kept. The pool was non functional and a mess. The front desk staff was indifferent.

Location is directly adjacent to an interstate entrance ramp! Very noisy all night with traffic. We requested to be moved from the first room we were given. The AC had a strong smell of mold/mildew. The AC was not on when we checked into that room. The lamps in the 1st room had no shades, just bare light bulbs. But the second room was better. The AC was on and the room had no obnoxious odors. The front desk check in area had no signage and is a completely different building from the rooms. From the art on the building and the statue outside it looks like an adventure tour business, not a front desk to a hotel. I had to ask another guest where to check in. The fitness room was nice and the elevator and ice machines worked well. I booked through a third party site because the rates were better than choice member rates. Breakfast was standard, but no spoons. Not sure how one is to eat cereal or oatmeal without a spoon? Several restaurants nearby for a nice dinner. Shower pressure was good, but the shower head had hard water deposits that made it spray at an uncomfortable velocity. Like pressure washing your skin. I would not stay again because of the traffic noise on the interstate on ramp all night long. Not the hotels fault, but I would choose a location further from the interstate!

Pool was not open because the pump went out. We didn’t eat breakfast . But the bed was so comfortable. Easy access to the highway. Gas station right next door for convenience. Felt safe. I also liked that they had double shades to keep more light out from the windows. It’s a little thing but it made a big difference.

the front desk staff the first day we got there was very rude and dismissive. i was asking questions and he would give one word answers without looking up from his computer. there was like 1 outlet in the entire room that worked so i went a night without charging my phone. when we were gone all day, no one came to clean the room. the breakfast was absolutely terrible. looked like it’d been sitting out forever and not a lot of options

Rooms were comfortable. Need to be cleaned better. Breakfast was good. Pool was not up and running yet. Hotel is decent, just needs some TLC.

It was simple and clean. A sign to "check in" would be helpful (the staff said one is coming) because we didnt realize that check in is in a separate building then the rooms. But really easy check in and out. Easy location. To get on and off 70

The internet on the tv didn’t work and we had to call staff who was prompt

There was a myriad of issues with our room. There was an odor as you first walked in. The bathroom fan did not work. The tub in the bathroom was gross, they have a plastic liner in the bathtub that was stained. The Air Conditioner did not work, our room did not stay cool, and it sounded like there was a racoon stuck in there trying to scratch to get out. The pool was not functioning, and neither was the sauna.

Staff was excellent. breakfast was great. The only reason I didn't book a cheaper room was because we wanted to swim and the pool was closed. That was a bummer. Very convenient to everything we was doing. Bed was very comfortable.

Would not recommend. Room smelled like smoke. Bottom sheet inside out in bed. Toilet roll holder falling off wall, hole in wall. TV didn’t work. Phone did not work to call for service. Staff did come to room to correct TV issues. Pool and spa closed but was not informed and no signage. No clear towel policy. Had to ask to exchange towels. Ice machines disconnected and missing - no signage as to where to get ice.

The room had a decent look to it and I enjoyed the Colorado-themed decor. The location was convenient to the interstate. Staff were reasonably friendly. There was a decent gym. There were stains on our pillow cases and blanket that looked like blood. There was hair in the bath tub. The room had a musty smell that came from the a/c. The breakfast was out of almost everything when we went in about a half hour before it closed. Breakfast was very disappointing. The pool was dirty and only half full of water and the hottub was empty.

Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day for towels which is ridiculous. Lighting in the room was terrible.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was sufficient and dining area was excellent! Disappointed pool wasnt open!! Beds & pillows were comfortable.

The guy and gal who work the front desk are great and do their best.... The hotel is lacking in many areas...my wifi was "iffy" at best. There were no ice machines in the two places where it said "Ice". There were no luggage carts to hold all the luggage at the entrance nor any of the other entrances of the hotel. It was frustrating. My mattress was sloped down, so I had to lay in the bed at an angle so I wouldn't roll off the bed. The tv did not play at all. It seemed there were maybe only 6 or so channels but I couldn't even get the tv to play any of the channels. Sometimes you take so many things for granted when staying at a hotel...but here, between tv not working, no ice, no luggage cart, slopy bed, crappy wifi---it was not the best experience. The location is close to main roads and restaurants but this place has seen better times. I know the staff is doing their best with what they are dealing with--they were pleasant and helpful always...this goes for last year too!
