Quality Inn & Suites Germantown North

Quite place. Friendly staff. Pool was closed and didn’t know it until we had checked in. Building needs a makeover. Breakfast was fair.

pool was off limits they never informed us of it until after we checked in. the room had a very foul and old smell to it. there was blood on the seat of our toilet, there was no breakfast in the morning the entire building needs to be upgraded. the jacuzzi tub was peeling from the bottom of the base. Definitely disputed my money back from my bank!

Exceptional

The front desk worker was nice. The rooms were horrible. We had two rooms and both were terrible. The shower was gross. The door was locked and the safety latch was locked and someone came into our room. The only thing that was ok was the bed was comfortable. We had to stay here because we were staying late at the hospital for a very sick family member.

It’s really old, not clean, showers need bleach. Do not stay unless you don’t care about cleanliness and just want cheap. Wear slippers while walking on floor. Check your bedding.

Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained.

Good location The tub had plastic liner on the bottom and was not adhered properly. There was hot water in the tub but not the shower.

The room floor had holes in it, unclean sheets that had stains on them, tub was dirty. I really couldn't enjoy my stay because all of this. I would not recommend this for no one

Breakfast,location,and comfort

Rooms were dirty and found roaches. Looked like mold in the bathroom, ceilings were cracked. Sheets had stains and the pull out couch bed was nasty. Pool water was green and not able to see the bottom.

Poor

This hotel is HORRIBLE! Every where you walked it smelled like Weed. The water in the pool was filthy. The room was falling apart. The floor in the room sunk in the middle. The pillow cases on one of the beds were dirty. The breakfast and checking out were the only good things about the hotel. I will NEVER stay here again, NEVER! I would rather sleep in my pickup truck!

There were ants on the bed, night stand and walls and the floor was caving in.. you can trip the floor has such a bad cave.. hotel needs to be closed.
