Shower door did not close correctly, water leaked everywhere. No room service even when they said it was scheduled. Area is a long walk from Disney.

The hotel was great. Only thing is if u go out and come back late you prob won’t find parking because they let people park there while they go to Joe’s ice cream. So that made it hard to find parking right by the hotel.

Love staying at this hotel! This was our second time staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast! The only reason I gave amenities a 3 star is because trying to find parking from 8pm to midnight is hard due to everyone using the hotel parking for Joe's next door. Also people need to learn how to park between the lines. Aside from the parking situation it's all 5 stars for me. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast area was spacious and the food was good. I would bring my family back for another trip.

We stayed in 422 and it was nice, we had breakfast there all mornings we stayed, and we used the spa! Only sad the fridge in our room didn’t work.
