Pictures lied, most disgusting hotel i have ever been in. Manager was rude. We didn't even try to eat the breakfast due to the unclean area. The room was so old dirty. Worst ever. If I knew how I would request refund it was so bad.

No surprises. On the whole, the property was a little worn but not bad. AC was way too cold in the common areas. Staff was polite and eager to please. I would stay there again.

The staff where friendly but other than that it was bad. Checked in went into my room and once I walked in the room was freezing it was like a ice box not evem exaggerating. My husband went to turn on the heater and the heater was not even working. The room was also not in good condition. We eneded up leaving and going to a different hotel. We Checked out of the Royal the next morning and took the $100 loss.

Excellent shower. Great selection of channels on the TV The location was pretty far removed from the "downtown" and there was a lot of noise from trains coming and going (in fairness I don't think one could escape the noisy trains ANYWHERE in the town of Gallup)

I asked for a quiet room and I got a room directly across from the Train Tracks where the Train Horn Screams Very Very loudly several times every half hour All Night Long so I could not sleep. I canceled the second night very early the next morning and after over a month I'm still waiting for a refund which they assured me would come within 7 days, NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!!! The room was Freezing cold when I got there and Red, Rusty water came out of the tub faucet.
