Sleep Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

The property was ok, but the rooms were not the best, needs a little bit more renovation.

It was ok. I would like to see the breakfast managed a bit better. The coffee cups were too small and the area overall wasn’t kept clean. The food was frequently Luke warm to cold. Too much water was used in the sausage and eggs, making them an odd consistency and flavor.

Overall okay. Pool is shared with a neighboring motel. Pretty small and right along the road with no privacy. For a family with kids excited for a pool, it didn't impress. Room and facilities okay.

Everything was clean, water pressure was very lacking, breakfast was bland even with salt and pepper. Air conditioner in room worked great.

Location. The room smelled kinda musty, the shower had brown stains along the bottom, the door wouldn’t shut completely, I was charged twice.

Clean room, friendly staff...5 stars for all

There was hot water surprisingly. When we opened the door to our room the smell came rushing out. It smelled like a wet towel that had been sitting crunched up for days. Everything felt damp in the room. The smell never went away. Even the carpet felt wet. Also, the first night we stayed we had to go down and get a plunger. The plumbing is old.

The room had a smell and decor dirty. Elevator door inside and out of was not clean. The breakfast was horrible, the only thing that was decent was the waffle. Juices watered down and breakfast serving dishes were tore up. Shower had stains and stopper in bottoms of tub was broke. Vent hood broke and had dirty fingerprints on top of ceiling around the vent hood. Overall, I would not return.

Good location, off the main highway so nice and quiet. Nothing - it was great!

The bed (mattress, pillows, etc) was best I've experienced. No extra toilet paper or kleenex in room.

Good price and locatioon The employee at check in was asleep in the office behind the counter snoring very loudly. I had to ring the bell 7 times before she woke up and came out. When she finally did come out she was falling asleep standing up at the computer while she was trying to check me in. I watched her fall asleep and start to snore during the process. When I was finally checked in, she put me in a room that was not ready and still in the process of being cleaned. I had to change rooms to a lesser room.

It’s close to many restaurants and shopping. It seems like they were using my room as storage. There were multiple lamps on the window side of the bed, like 3 floor lamps. Also the rod was broken off the curtain and was just sat in the corner. The next time I was gonna book to stay there, the price jumped $45 a night. Not staying in a storage room for $125 a night.

Very comfy mattresses, clean room Lighting in bathroom very poor. Very few places to connect electronics.

Basic place to sleep in area. Entry updated, Room clean . Breakfast limited - nothing healthy or light yogurt etc. Pool access at next door Quality Inn closed entire Friday- Sunday as not cleaned - paid more for weekend nights. Great park and food options nearby !!

But overall pleased with cleanliness, quite even with it being busy.

Parking was great. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I always stay here when I’m in the Gallatin area.
