Overbooked when we arrived. It seemed to be the front desk attendant's first day. Manager was called to cancel our reservation, but we were still charged.

A few hours later we're starting to make dinner and my husband opens the microwave. It's got a greasy, goopy film all over it and smells *terrible*. Ok, no big deal, we can clean it. There's no dish detergent, or sponges and only the end of a roll of paper towels. The plates and dishes in the cupboard are also dirty, greasy and wet. Now at this point we've spent all day setting up our booth at the convention and we're already settled into the room, otherwise we would have absolutely complained. We clean everything as best as we can with what we have there and get cleaning supplies the next day. The kitchen sink has no cold water hooked up (better than no hot water I suppose). I also booked a room specifically with a bathtub, because after a whole day working a convention, I'm achy and need a soak. Turns out the bathtub plug/seal doesn't work so the bathtub is completely useless. After 4-5 years of staying here, we will absolutely be finding somewhere else next year.

This was our third time staying at Sonesta. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and return on occasion to visit family. The accommodations are great for the price in my opinion. It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. That certainly wouldn’t prevent us from returning!

It was a bargain. We didn't expect the mini kitchen but that is what we had. Room was clean. We were a late check in so we only dealt with the front desk. She was very helpful. It was a short 6 minute drive to the airport. It is an older property but worth the money and convenience.

Overall the stay was okay and the staff members seemed nice. My room was not very clean and it had a strange smell.

My room was directly above the hotels laundry room and I could feel the vibrations from the washer/dryer all night.

Location was 15 mins of everywhere. Close access to food, OSU, Easton center etc. hotel had a laundry and a small gym and was pet friendly. It had an odor in the room (like a musty smell) The bed was uncomfortable and noisy.

Older building, no views, construction at entrance, no restaurants meals. Staff was friendly, room was clean, pets welcomed, laundry facilities, nearby amenities.

The room was in good condition, but we had some problems with getting the services we needed. They clean only once per week, and we wanted clean towels after 3 days. We were able to get them, but it was not easy. They also did not stock the room for a one-week stay - we ran out of shower gel, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee pods. Although the in-room kitchen was good, it only was stocked with 2 spoons and 2 knives - no forks. Multiple desk personnel told us that they were short-staffed, and it was obvious.

good location, spacious rooms, great kitchenette set up, comfortable bed If you have a room on the ground floor you may experience some other inconsiderate guests with unnecessarily large utes park outside your window, in which case the fumes from their exhaust will fill your room through the AC unit while they sit there idling for an hour. Took a few times asking reception staff to get these people to move - more than once. Would not recommend a ground floor room but expect the higher rooms are a better experience.

I had a confirmed reservation from Expedia as well as a confirmation text from the hotel. When I got there, they denied me my room and would not offer any assistance from there. Horrible service and rude staff member.

Place is very clean, front desk attendant was excellent. Very helpful, super friendly! Reasonable rate. Will definitely stay again. Only thing missing was a hair dryer.Fiance forgot hers and there was not one in the room. Minor issue.

The hotel wasn’t in the best area. And the studio suite was partially renovated but was still off. There was a cook top but there was no usable pans or any silverware in the room. Not the best experience I have had. I will not ever stay at this hotel again.

I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. .
