They added security to our bill without telling us and took 10 days to refund it. At time of refund they levied a charge for a “dirty” sheet. I’ve have an impeccable record with Expedia, Airbnb and Wyndham. We treat our accommodations as our own when we travel. It was a small charge but the point is their questionable practices that appear to be standard. Find another option in Fruita. Don’t be burned by these folks.

The room was clean and well furnished. The A/C was loud, and the TV was very limited--no local channels or premium. Breakfast was very limited.

The guy at check in was nice. He said the room would be ready a little early but it wasn’t. Not a big deal. The rooms are normally pretty clean but this time I found dog food and crumbs on the floor and there were stains on the bed linens. The mirrors were not clean either. I noticed they were training new cleaning staff so maybe they forgot a few things. I’ll give them another chance because this place is ideal for my trips to Fruita. It’s right by I 70 and easy to get to GJ or Monument. The Mexican restaurant across the street is really good and nice staff too. There’s a tiny pool but I don’t use it. The continental breakfast was basic and sufficient. The breakfast area was clean every morning and ready at 6am.

Ver convenient location, we were travelling from TX to UT and it was an easy access option for us. We are fans now, and will stay there again when passing by, thanks for accommodating our lack of planning.

Nice place to stay. Easy to get to. It was clean and well kept. Hot tub was OTS but the indoor pool was good.
