I have stayed here many times over the years and this time the room was awful. Bed was terrible. The AC unit was exceptionally loud and annoying. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel is for the restaurant. This time the food was terrible. The fish was WAY overcooked and overall the restaurant service was bad. I will give the hotel one more chance when I come to Fresno for work. Very disappointed.

Staff were great

This place is a bit worn out. The area is not great. Generally, it is a great value for the money. I noticed they now have a security guard in the parking lot at night.
-
Older property but clean and tidy. Very convenient for the airport.

Our customer service was great

This is the third time we’ve stayed here, but this time, the cleanliness was less than stellar.

You get what you paid for. Near the airport but an old place. If you can spend that extra $50, go somewhere else. They do have complementary airport shuttle though.
-
Need to update property and fix pool.

I liked the old fashion everything about the motel. Kinda makes you think about what it must have been like back in those days. Great place and the airport wasn't an issue at all!
-
Just what we needed after a long day of travel. The location was 3 minutes from airport, staff was curtious, room was clean and comfortable.

This was our third time staying here. For the price it is a good deal, rooms clean with clean white bedcovers. The problem we had this time was the location of the room. We had a downstairs room, which would have been nice, but it was right out near the area of the Shell station. Unfortunately it seemed to be a hangout and meeting place for groups of young men that seemed to have nothing else to do than hangout right in the parking spaces in front of our window all day long, they would come and go, but there seemed to be a steady presence. We stayed for three nights and this activity went on every day. We found it to be very offputting and gave the place a very low class feel. I do wish security would moniter the area better. We will go back, but we will be sure and ask for a room away from the Shell station on corner.

Piccadilly Inn is a good stay for the Price.

The hotel is a bit dated but it doesn't take away from the comfort & security! I know when I stay at a hotel I want to feel safe first of all and comfortable! And I assure you you'll feel the same!

The hotel needs to be, updated been around a long time. we’ve stayed there many times it’s nice but still it need to be updated..
-
The staff was great! However the hotel is outdated and the place needs a complete renovation. Felt like I was in a 70’s motel. From the carpet to the fact that if you request a second floor room you MUST use the stairs because there is NO elevator. Not to mention staying on the second floor was sketchy because the wood subfloor creaks and literally sinks as you walk around. Getting ice was quite the adventure (No working ice machines on the second floor) so I had to wonder the halls that wreaked of weed and meth! Not because I use but because of my previous job in LE. I would NOT recommend this place especially if you have children. Way too many of Fresno’s finest up roaming the halls at all hours.

Nice place to stay , pretty quiet but in a peaceful way. Clean and comfy , only bad thing is the pool looks kinda green and hot tub out of order, other than that I enjoyed my 2 nights here. 👍

For the price, comfort, and cleanliness, we would stay here again!!
