Hotel Piccadilly

This is an older property with a nice pool area. I got in late and needed sleep after a 2 day drive. The workers started early and had walkie-talkies blaring, then Mexican music. They use refillable soaps and lotion, completely empty in the shower. I hope they can improve on this.

But the most important part

Very disappointed in my stay. The room was not well maintained. It almost felt like we were given the worst room at the property

The restuarant Tapas is not free but delicious with exceptional service and food.

The room was clean and ok condition. Very good breakfast selection. The location was very good and close to fast food and grocery. Very low price for very good service.

The pillows were fairly flat and there were no towels by the pool. We did like the coffee option in the room and our room was very spacious. We would highly recommend and choose to stay again.

Bed bugs!!!!!!! No cleaning service onsite. Got bit by bed bugs on neck arm finger back and ankle. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We book here for the convenience atmosphere!

So far this is the best. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool and jacuzzi. And at a price that waa totally affordable!

The room was clean, the breakfast had a very good selection. We loved the layout of the property and the trees, which were so cool and shady on a hot day. the swimming pool was lovely. the only difficult thing was that the air conditioner could not be controlled easily, the room was quite cold and the light on the unit made it difficult to fall asleep. We were unable to turn it off, as the directions were for a different kind of control than we were provided. However, I loved the overall property and would stay there again.

This place is the best deal in Fresno! They have a very clean and well manicured courtyard. A clean pool that provides towels. The rooms all have AC and are clean and modern. The only negative is it is a bit old. Even still it’s pretty well maintained. I would stay anytime I need to be in Fresno.

We liked how spacious the room was and that there was a security guard walking the property in the evening until 7am.

During my stay the room was clean and quiet. Staff was kind and patient and breakfast had many options. The hotel is in a great location near the national parks. The pool is clean and a nice place to hang out. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I got for this price. I highly recommend Hotel Piccadilly.

Great time and a great location.

Breakfast buffet hot,tasty and ample. Property was very clean and safe. Room was clean ans ac worked well withoutbeing noisy. Would stay here anytime in the future. Desk staff are extremely courteous and customer service minded.

It was a short stay. We’re able to do our laundry free of charge. Building is old but clean and accessible

It's an older hotel complex with many units. The staff are very helpful and responsive but the noise level the hallway was awful until about 1am. The doors and walls offer no sound barrier, in fact you can see under the door as it's not a sealed set up. Breakfast buffet was great but wouldn't stay again due to how loud it was.

The breakfast is a great value and setting. The pool is a great and clean!!!
