Always choose Homewood Suites when ever possible. Great hotel chain.

Staff was excellent. Location was very clean and froendly. Little hard to get to because access was not off the main road.

Great hotel for our weekend stay with the kids. Good hot breakfast makes a morning much more relaxing and pool with jacuzzi really elevate it above other places. Will stay again.

The room was.clean, staff was accommodating, fantastic breakfast. Only negative was the bed and pullout bed were harder than rocks...my back is still trying to recover from the springs/rocks they both felt like.

Standard corporate nondescript suite.

The bedding comes popping off the edges too. Love the salad and soup plus the stocked food store. Need to fill up the pint ice creams. The gym needs a jump rope or two maybe? The TV internet is shotty sometimes.

Cleanliness Could hear people in next room

Beautiful accommodations Elevators too far apart, laundry room needs vending and coin machine. Machines were extremely old.

That it's a u shape building and confusing at first just to get to front desk or to the courtyard. .

It was a convenient location outside of town and close to shopping and japanese garden and park.

I did not get what I had booked for. My room was supposed to have a bathtub so I could relax, so that just ruined it for me.
