Best Western Plus Garden Court Inn

The property has good parking space, nice breakfast and courteous staff.

Room was clean but hallways were dirty and need a deep carpet cleaning. Bed was just ok and could have been more comfortable.Room was good sized and had a comfortable couch. The back side of the building was not very well lit and there were 2 striped cars on the back of the property. Homeless encampment backed up to the pool fence.

Everything was good , with amazing staff. O really recommend this place.

I was bitten by bed bugs

AC doesn’t work. Even the second room they transferred me to had supposedly “working AC”but it only blew lukewarm air. Shower head needed to be replaced , banged up furniture…you get the picture. Seeing a pedestal fan in the room should’ve been a big hint. Sketchy parking area. Didn’t even bother to check their pool out due to the sketchy people staying there or loitering around the property. Only good part was its prime location. Close to freeway, dining options, gym, supermarket etc. I’ve stayed at many Best Westerns and other hotel chains similar before but this one by far has been the least favorite

Booked as a last minute stay. Definitely get what you pay for. Pros: staff was nice, free continental breakfast. Cons: sketchy parking, paper thin walls, room smelled like stale cigarettes and was not properly cleaned.

The location was good. Property well secured. Liked everything

The hot tub jets were not working properly. There was a lot of people living out of their car in the parking lot, along with a few people living there that looked like they were really down on their luck, but they were allowed to stay there. The patios were covered with all of their junk lot of people working on cars in the parking lot. A Nic.\n E place to stay if you're a construction worker. But in the last few months it's really gone downhill. I would not recommend it for families, wives or children. We spoke with the manager and he assured us that everything was fine and that they were just down on their luck. People staying there but very clearly drugs had been an issue in their life.
