Econo Lodge Fredericksburg near I-95

When checking in, the office staff wasn’t overly friendly but I think he was stressed because there was a plumbing issues this led to water being turned off later that evening, I will make note that he waited till we had showered. Kudos to him for that. We woke in the morning to no water. We asked for a refund but he asked for another hour. Within the hour the water was back on so we could shower and get out fod our day. I can’t say it was the cleanest. The switch plates were very dirty. The room was cool but stated muggy. My daughter and kids were 2 doors down. She had flying ants in the room and horrible WiFi service. The first night she couldn’t get the AC to work properly. We weren’t able to get the breakfast offered the first morning due to the water issue. We didn’t even try on the second day. Sadly, I don’t think I can recommend this place.

Easy access to the highway Room smelled very musty, the odor gave me a sinus headache. Could use an update, very old bathroom.

I didn't like that there were cockroaches.

Breakfast was basic Cereal and bread and coffee and juice.

Only reason i gave 1.star because i couldnt leave none. Would not recommend to.ANYONE. Please drive right passed. DO NOT BELIEVE THE.REVIEWS THEYA ARE ALL FALSE

The breakfast was not much. Disappointing. People (not office staff) in the office not really doing anything; no grab bar in shower; only cereal and a loaf of bread for toast for breakfast

I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff/manager. I was able to check in early. The room was nice and comfy, all was clean, bed comfortable. My only negative (and not really the fault of the hotel itself) is that it is a bit noisy since it is located right on Rt 1, Emancipation Hwy and near the freeway. So lots of traffic and unfortunately there were several emergency vehicles with the sirens on going past the hotel. Other than the noise, it was a great value and a very nice room.

Sent me to another Econo lodge - which had no rooms available. I had to try and find other accommodations! Expedia is BS If this review is rejected I will just post it on Google review, Yelp, Facebook, Instgram and other sites

Price Outside was a mess, the pillows in a non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes

Office was empty when I tried to check out and there was no drop box for the room key. Rang the bell and called the phone several times without a response
