Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.

We had a wedding and stayed here overnight. Although we were not in the room much, the beds were comfy and the room was very clean and bright. Staff was also very helpful.

The stay n the location was fine I just didn’t see the 150 extra security deposit for one night stay that threw me off

Ashley at the desk was courteous and professional. She's dedicated to the mission of assuring everything from checking in to check is without incident. A great asset to your brand. The hotel is great and I will definitely stay there whenever I travel to Frederick in the future.

The curtain was burnt, no vending machine, no breakfast as advertised, no soap, shampoo, wash cloth was there.

Bobby and breakfast area we're having a renovation. I was expecting a breakfast and got to grab and go bag instead. I'm sure the works completed by now and the place will be great

Comfortable beds and very clean They changed the name of the place and I wasn't aware of that,so I was looking around for it not realizing it was changed but that was honestly the only thing and that wasn't really a bad thing

Very centrally located to Francis Scott Key Mall & Monocacy Battlefield. In the middle of name change/renovation. Breakfast was extremely lackluster

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were great to have. The basic cable TV service was a nice surprise. The heating system was easy to set for continuous comfort. The lighting is absolutely awful. Bright, glaring overhead lights with no dimmer and no lamps. I turned off the overheads as much as possible and put a light on in the bathroom through a slightly opened door to make it a bit more tolerable. It was also very noisy. I could hear almost everything going on in the room next door. They had two dogs that would bark at people coming and going as the doors banged shut. Their TV was on till 2 or 3 AM and kept me awake and they had a very loud argument one night. I didn't sleep well at all for the two nights I was there. The breakfast was skimpy with the only options for a hot meal being a toasted bagel or english muffin although there was a waffle iron and batter to make a hot waffle I didn't even attempt that seeing that the only utensils to eat it with were flimsy plastic. No way I was going to cut that waffle with that plastic knife. The coffee was good though.

Breakfast was ok not what I thought it would be.The location wasn’t bad the mall was close by. They wouldn’t give us extra towels when I asked. Some staff was very nice while the night shift seemed more interested in the dog they had behind the desk then the customers

This was a very nice and clean hotel and very quiet

The room was very stuffy when we got there and the room had a weird smell to it. Blankets on the bed were not comfy.

Very clean place staff is very pleasant. Received a lot of help from the staff.
