Everything was horrible about this place. Active mold in the bathrooms terrible smell all around. Bad customer service. Elevators wernt working properly. Non working refrigerators. Splattered unknown liquids on the walls. As soon as we noticed the poor cleaning and active mold in rooms, we got a hold of staff and requested a full refund and ended up booked a different hotel reservation elsewhere. If I can give zero stars I would. We were traveling with small kids so all this was so inconvenient. Their pictures on expedia are tremendously deceiving. Terrible terrible experience.

This place was just ok. We stayed for two nights because of the location and the price was good. Breakfast did not have much for options. Just waffles, sugary cereals, sugary yogurt, so not good for anyone who eats healthy. Some staff do not seem to speak English, and the rest are ESL, so that makes things difficult. The pool area only had two chairs with cushions on them, so it was not set up for use in late June. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay. This was my family’s fourth time staying here and I am always satisfied. The only complaint that I did have this time was that the bathtub needed to be re caulked because it did have mildew present and in the room it smelled like mildew. Again, this was the first room out of 4 times that we encountered this issue. It won’t prevent us from staying again, but I will request a different room if we encounter this again. Also, if you want a hot, buffet breakfast they do not offer it, however they do offer breakfast but there isn’t much to it. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit and yogurt, along with coffee, juice, and tea.

There was so much grime everywhere. I couldn't wait to leave! I'll never stay there again.

It is tucked away off the main road and quiet. The facilities are nice and the staff made check in easy. There is a complementary breakfast and ample parking for full size trucks. The entire 2nd floor that we were on smelled of old broccoli.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, no eggs, bacon etc but waffle machine was great and other non-hot foods. King size bed was super comfortable. Great value for the price.

The room was clean and the front desk attendants, and breakfast attendants, were very pleasant and gave attention to detail. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but weren’t really bad either However, the sofa bed was not great. The biggest problem we had was with the housekeeping staff. They would not give us clean towels. We had 3 towels for 5 people. They would not give us clean towels until we gave them our dirty towels, even after I explained that we only had 3 towels to begin with. We were all getting ready to shower and only had 3 towels, which we had to share. This happened 2 days in a row and was very frustrating. If it weren’t for that, I would definitely stay there again. However, I will stay somewhere else next time with hopes of having enough clean towels for everyone in our party,

I like how kind everyone was and the area a least I did not like how small the breakfast area was and they did not have a lot of options whatsoever very limited for sure

The manager at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! He made sure we had a room near the dog relief area since we brought our dogs. He also helped us to stay another night and keep us in the same room. He was very friendly and attentive. The oatmeal and coffee were a great quick breakfast, and the room was cozy as we also had our infant. We would love to stay again when visiting the Franklin area.
