Candlewood Suites Nashville - Franklin by IHG

My stay was very good...love the full size fridge and large desk...although the recliner was nice it needed to be fixed...and the toilet paper roll kept coming off but I would Def stay here again

Room was clean, but there was a little mold on the bathtub. They text and asked how everything was, if we needed anything, and they brought an extra blanket. Kitchen had everything we could've needed, and we loved having the icemaker. Laundry availability is a definite plus. Bed is a little firm for my liking, but we would definitely stay again.

Would not recommend the property do to one factor, while waiting to leave for a softball tournament I grabbed a drink and went to pay for it, the man at the counter asked if I wanted to charge it to my room or use a card, I replied cash and he took my 3 dollars. The next day while checking out I was buying some Tylenol and I was asked the same question and I replied cash I was informed that the property was cashless. So where did the money go?

Very functional place to stay. Only drawback was that it is hard to drive into since it is a one way street

Our room and bed were very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. When we arrived, A.D. was there to greet us with a smile. I swear there must have been two of him. He was there our entire stay. A very pleasant young man with fantastic people skills. We were in and out and then met Jackie. Very sweet and was as Accomodating as A.D. we will be back!

Property was beautiful. The room was spacious and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Jackie at the front desk was fantastic and very welcoming. Overall a great experience.

This is a great place to stay. There is an outside area that is great if you are traveling with a dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry machines are free.
