Great place / clean/ attentive staff

The smell…. I don’t know what scent is being used, but it’s the best! It’s not overpowering, just incredibly pleasing as you enter the lobby. The staff was amazing! Our room was clean and exactly (if not better) than expected. The hotel is close enough to Nashville to experience all the tourist trappings but far enough out to avoid a lot of the traffic and noise.

Very clean and trendy lobby. No USB charging ports in the room. Bath room sink barely drained, one of the window curtains was broken and missing the chain to raise and lower it. The shower head was also damaged and needed replacing. All minor issues that just needs maintenance attn. Overall a nice hotel that just needs a little attn

The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.

What a quaint place. We stayed 7 days and it was great. Wonderful service, quick no waiting for whatever you need. Live music, and ready to serve. Franklin is a great place to stay if you're going to Nashville, you save so much, and the town is great too. So glad we found this place. They actually thanked us for coming...

Customer service Top notch, music playing, clean, live music pool table bar sitting inside and outside area. Honestly, not a thing!

The whole place was amazing! The location was beautiful. The hotel itself and our room was so well thought out and the design was fantastic! Even though we had to pay for breakfast it was totally affordable and cheaper than eating out at a restaurant.

Loved our stay!

What really made our stay stand out was the staff. Unfortunately, I can't remember the manager's name, but he was absolutely amazing. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I had a hard time settling down afterward and didn't get much sleep. The manager on duty was calm, professional, understanding, and incredibly accommodating during a stressful situation. His demeanor helped make an unsettling experience much easier to handle. Things don't always go according to plan when traveling, but great customer service makes all the difference. The staff at Aloft proved that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

Great rooms and facility with good vibes.

Live music in the bar was fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet room, comfortable bed, great location. Only minor complaint is one elevator was out of service.

Loved the hotel experience

I love the property. It was quiet, the staff was friendly and it was a nice place to stay. Also it was close to all the shopping areas that I liked to shop. I will be staying at these hotels in the near future. N/A

Nothing The staff couldn't locate our reservation (my name was reversed which was my error). Then the toilet broke in the middle of the night and staff didn't understand why I waited until checkout to advise. I wanted sleep and checkout was the next morning! The room (219) was beside the elevator which was extremely LOUD all night long. Would NEVER recommend. The hotels solution was to offer me points. No thank you! Don't waste your time staying here!

Friendly staff, cute bar + entry area, comfortable bed. I do not think they vacuumed; there was a bit of dried noodles on the carpet. You basically open the door of your hotel room into the bathroom. Also, the pool was a bit too cold.

Lovely huge room, big shower, everything very clean.
