Had trouble with the microwave.

At first glance the facility isn't impressive, but inside you will find very clean, comfortable, up to date accommodations. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a nice selection. The typical waffle machine; bagels; a couple cereal choices; blueberry mini-muffins; orange juice; coffee.

Well maintained property convenient to shopping and food

Room was clean, smelled of old cigarette smell but once its been smoked in the smell in nearly impossible to eliminate. Room was equipped with a blow dryer, refrigerator and even an iron. TV remote was challenging but maybe batteries were low. Either way the bed was comfortable and I slept pretty weĺl.

The rooms were clean, but need to be maintained better, There's paint peeling, rust and other things. Not what we thought we were getting for a room.

My husband and I were expecting a quaint inn by the name but it's not. Probably hasn't been updated since the mid 90's and the room we stayed in had a horrible smell to it. This was more like a motel. It's right off of a very busy street that had large trucks driving up and down all night. It has a pool but it wasn't open when were there. I will say the family who runs this motel is very friendly and polite. I would not recommend staying here unless it's for one night and you don't mind loud noises.

Great location, great value for a trip to the Greater Frankfort & Lexington area.

Well the first room we was givin someone was asleep in the bed and I was told Noone was supposed to be there.. as well as thr second room as well

All good. Pretty decent for the money.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Even though housekeeping was working short, our room was very clean!! Food places were very close! We were able to relax after our 10 hour drive! The room did get a little muggy during the night although the AC was on It’s coolest! But we do recommend and we will come again!!

Our stay was pleasant and the room was clean. We didn’t use partake in the breakfast so I’m not sure what was there.

Floors where. Dirty bad bathroom sink was clogged up was put on backside hotel where all the workers stayed all week was noisy when they was there an left so little rest I did not get the law was called an the ambulance came early morning this was all going on few doors down from me the pool was not open the water was beautiful but you was not allowed to swim this is June why?? So I ask could I at least sit by the pool for sun that I was allowed to do I did express my concerns to the manager when I left to say the least if this does not deserve a refund what does?? I express my dislike in the above question sorry breakfast I liked

We have stayed at Bluegrass Inn for many years. It is close to where my Granddaughter lives & very reasonable priced & close to everything you would want. Nothing

There was a terrible odor in the room that NEVER resolved the smell in the room
