Doctor visit brought us to the area and we decided to try staying here. We were not disappointed. This has to be one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. All employees we engaged were helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. While we didn’t use the workout room, it seemed to have everything that would be wanted for a great workout. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long car ride. There were many choices to select from at the breakfast room including yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, juices and coffee - something for everyone. We will definitely keep them in mind when we head to this area again!

The pool bathroom was broken the whole time, kind of Awkward to run back to the room soaking wet :) other than that it was an awesome stay.

I love ❤️ the location and the Free breakfast daily u got to be your dinner outside. I love ❤️ u comfortable of the hotel I will give it a 4 star hotel very very clean and also have a big Pool u can use anytime until 10pm only lwe enjoy our first time Trip to AZ to see family and new friends from Fla and NYC too We will be back again to stay this summer ☀️ in August 2026 this is our 3rd time out here me my Son Had a great experience here beautiful place to my come one day to leave Me And Son his idea lol #NYC TO AZ LOVE ❤️ IT.AMEN There is a shortage of water there really too hot

The bed was comfortable. The coffee maker was unusable - I turned it on 4 times and only got half a cup after all that. Fortunately there was coffee downstairs. It would have been nice to have hot eggs and sausage rather than just microwave food. I expected better from a Best Western. A/C worked and the fitness room was good. Also, the TV changed channels so slowly that I gave up on it.

We stayed during the off season so the price was right. Very few guests, so the hotel was very quiet. Except for the air conditioner. It was extremely loud and kept us up for a good portion of the night. Breakfast was basic so that was a bit disappointing.

Since we were traveling with our teenage girls, the option of having 2 king beds in the room was awesome!

Room was great, mattress and pillows were comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the fountain and mountains from my room. Breakfast options could be better.

Breakfast was 7-9 during the week. My daughter and I had to be up and out by 6:30, therefore we were unable to partake in the "free" breakfast. It would have been nicer if breakfast was from 6-9 on a weekday.
