I reserved a know smoking room it was nice and clean..

The staff steals and half clean up it be they hair all over the place floors and everything still dirty they need to hire new staff they all around lazy and rude we don’t have a microwave plate and can’t warm up our food and the WiFi always going out the towels be dirty icebox be broken and bugs be flying around the place !

The toilet, sink, tub, and bed sheets did seem clean, but the floors were heavily stained and dirty. Items were not properly maintenanced, or fixed correctly, or even completed (dry wall putty over holes in wall, but not smoothed and painted; tub faucet not properly mounted, toilet paper holder broken, cigarette burns on furniture, even though it was a non smoking room.) However, room was roomy, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and tub was thabkfully very clean seemingly. Neighborhood was pretty noisy.

The front desk staff was accommodating and good people as reported before the cleaning lady seems to still be loud she was banging on the door at 10:30 which is appreciative in some ways but when you know what time checkout is you don't have to worry about that so I do give four stars but the cleaning lady again is just silly.

It wasnt totally bad but around 10:30 a hispanic woman started banging on doors saying checkout. I M sure she was the clea ing lady as she would enter the room as i left she then proceeded to yell other things in sanish. It was very unprofessional as she was too ealy as check out is 11. Anyway good stay till loud mouth came

Rooms around me was busy making sales .. was interesting to listen to wondering if my car was going to be broke. Into. Zero sleep and was met by rude cleaning staff walking into my room at 9 am while I was in the shower
