Comfort Suites Lake Worth

Nice cold air conditioning! Comfortable room Enteance is confusing, and I missed it upon arrival! The second time around I found it! It was late & I was tired. Staff was very kind.

AC wasn't working. There were bugs in the room. Decided to just go to a different place

Location is great for me The hot tub was barely luke warm

The breakfast was pretty bad. The waffle batter looked like the machine on the inside hadn’t been cleaned in months. The batter was discolored. Threw it out. We were not greeted when we walked in. It seemed as I was an inconvenience to check in. Putting roses in the vase was more of a priority. I said I had a reservation, and she asked for my id. She said nothing after that and handed me one room key. I asked what way the room was and she pointed. No welcome, no enjoy your stay, no anything. My husband and I put our items in the room and left for dinner. When we went to the restaurant the staff there was so friendly. We told them that we were happy that they were nice. We thought that Texans didn’t like us. We then told them about how we were treated at the hotel. I said we would never go to a comfort inn again.

I booked a room with a view of the lake and the city but all I saw was the building nextdoor the AC did not cool the room down and the furniture was in bad condition very uncomfortable had to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep

The a/c in the gym did not work which forced me to go to the gym in the area

Two bedroom suite was so convenient for us! ❤️ we are a family of 5 and the space between mom and dad and 3 boys was perfect. Great accommodation. Elevators took a long time and made an off noise and slight shaking.

Our shower detached from the pipe on the wall and it took several hours before maintenance came. Mattress was extremely firm, woke up with aches all over. Breakfast was decent, pool was clean, staff was friendly.

Easy to book and check in. Building in somewhat poor condition. Plug ins didn't work. Weak air conditioner. Staff did poor job cleaning and emptying trash. No fresh towels or linens provided for stay over guests. Pool and hot tub were non accessible for a majority of the time that we stayed there. Most of the staff did not speak english. Very limited parking space. The breakfast provided was so poorly prepared that we opted to just go out to eat instead. The elevator is faulty and we had to use the stairs most of the time while we stayed there. Over all, it was one of the most disappointing Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. I will not stay at the Lake Worth Comfort Suites again.

Toilet was not clean.

Pretty run down. The first room we were given was in quite a bit of disrepair. We were moved to another room that was smaller and didn't have as many items needing repair. The breakfasts were nice. We did try to get sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch and was never able to catch the woman at the front desk to get those items.

The shower was a little warm, queen bed slopes..nees to replace, inside door lock didn't work, roaches Location to funeral home

Staff Mattress was dirty on the pull out sofa they offered to change rooms but it was dirty and the door wouldn't latch. The pool closes too early

Location was good for the purpose of my stay. But that was intentional on my part Toilet didn’t flush. Roaches in hallway. The only outdoor seating available is a bench underneath a tree that was so full of bird poop that you couldn’t use it.

My room wasn't even ready upon arrival its smelt burned in the room the water didnt get hot at all
