Check in was disappointing. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for the employee to return to check in. The bar isn't far from the desk and my child was unable to sit down while waiting as patrons at the bar were loudly talking about inappropriate topics for a child. Then music was turned on that was so loud I couldn't hear the employee checking me in. The room was nice, but we had very little body wash, no conditioner, and the end table was not cleaned.

This was such a nice hotel!! The staff was very pleasant and friendly and everything was so clean. The rooms were huge, soft beds, and really nice towels. Fantastic property!!

The location is perfect with lots to do near by. I felt safe being in the hotel. The room was so clean and it felt comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in the Ft Worth area.
