Atwell Suites Fort Worth Alliance Area by IHG

The property was very clean and well maintained. I was injured from the bathroom door voluntarily opening. I cut my foot about an inch and a half deep, I should have gone in for stitches. All staff did was tell me "the bathroom door does that". My question is where is the sign stating that the door swings open if it isn't fully latched. Its a liability and my foot a week later still isn't healed and hurts like he'll. Signs should be posted. Also, rooms are advertised to have had tubs, my room only had a shower. After driving 15 hours to not have a tub was disappointing. The photo attatched is my foot a week after healing.

Love this property, always well maintained after customer feedback to revamp the breakfast to which they did is pretty good! We enjoyed it!! Have to appreciate a property taking customers feedback seriously and make changes as needed. Already booked for the next trip!!

So we were stranded in Fort Worth at 1:30 AM with 3 kids and limited options. A majority of places we attempted to call had no availability or rooms not suited for us. Ended up finding a place closer to TCU that ended up being $300 more than our initial reservation at this hotel. So not only were we inconvenienced at the worst time possible, we were put out $300 more than we budgeted for. We’ve stayed at this place 3 other times, so didn’t expect this from them nor the lack of assistance to accommodate us in anyway (not even recommending places). Definitely shared this experience with our whole organization the next day. We will not be using them again.

We highly recommend Atwell. The hotel and rooms are always clean and comfortable. 24 hr coffee is a plus. The beans are ground fresh with each cup. We have yet to stay long enough to use the amenities but would if we had time. We have not eaten breakfast there but the prices for food in the evening are very reasonable. Makes it nice not to have to go our if you are too tired in the evening. They offer a variety of light foods, sandwiches, wings and a bar.

It took over 20 minutes to check in. Apparently they only had 1 computer working.
