Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Wayne by IHG

100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia.

Friendly, understanding staff, very clean, great breakfast options, laundry facilities

Breakfast was very good. Service was amazing .rooms were clean very friendly give it a 8 out of 10. There was music playing in till like 1 or 2 in morning all I couldn't hear is basses I thank it was coming from the housing right behind us. But other than that it was very happy. But I will never use booking .com even again....

Stay was ok, kinda noisy. Didn’t look like the door sealed well so that might be part of the reason. Staff was all very nice. Been in nicer but also been in worse.

Staff bras kind and helpful. Checked into my room around 5 and it was warm so I turned ac down to 67. Returned back to my room around 11-11:30 room was still warm. It felt like the a c was just a fan running with no cold air. Called front desk 3 times and phones were not working. So I went to the front desk to let the Desk person know. He came up and checked and said it was blowing air, which it was, but it was not cold. Said he would check for another room. Went back down to desk. Because phones were still not working. And he said, they were booked, but he would put me in a room that was considered out of order. Because the TV did not work. But he had just turned it on, and it worked. I said, okay, may I just make sure there is cold air, because I have severe asthma. It did indeed have cold air. So I went back upstairs, packed my room. Moved everything back down.Turn on all the lights and inspected the room. And someone had been in there. The bed was rumpled, sheets were rumpled. Towel used up on bathroom counter, facial wipe in the garbage can and the television indeed did not work. It turned on and off. But there was muffled sound and distorted picture on every channel. I was so tired at this point, it was about 1am. That I just went to bed. And decided to pp0address my issues with the front desk before I leave. In the meantime my elderly mother was on a separate floor that had people In the hallway until morning hours talking very loudly, yelling profanities. She had to call front desk. They did take care of it. But it continued for the two night stay that we were there, it was miserable for her. I addressed our concerns at checkout. The girl was very kind and said she would have her manager call us the next day. We checked out sunday. It is now thursday and no one has contacted me. I hope they do contact me before I have to reach back out to them to possible resolve some of the issues.

Their beds and pillows are the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stsy at.

The rooms were clean, but not to holiday in standards. We also had an issue with not getting the room we reserved. The pool was out when we got there. We were not notified when the pool was ready. Pancakes for breakfast was not an option considering the machine was broken also, the bacon was all broken into crumbles and the eggs were burnt and for some people who have to be on at seven due to appointment, etc. I feel you should offer them breakfast as well maybe try 6:30 AM on the weekend so all of your guests can have breakfast not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn express and suites.
