Great staff very clean room and will definitely stay there again

Proximity to the places I was visiting. The room as expected We don’t have water the whole day onSaturday of our stay, the queen bed in the room was sagging in the middle, Sunday AM there was no hot water. I booked a non smoking room and yet our room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the hallway also smelled of marijuana.

It has potential but needs to remodeled and mold removed - many customer reviews note strong chemical smell … it is a chemical cleaner or deodorizer I feel they use to cover the strong musty mold odors - on the bright side the staff at the front desk was nice. Cleaning people are rude and will mow you down with their cleaning carts without any care for you, your luggage or service dog

Like free laundry. Gym looked really nice although didn't have time to use. Kitchen area nice. Desk area nice for remote work. Only suggestion I have is a bigger and newer TV.

nothing Bed was awful, lumpy. I picked a room with a Sopha and we didn't get one. don't like to hang out on a bed. Housekeeping came in and left clean towels and never made the bed. I saw prices less expensive and showed the young man and then he shows the women on duty as well she came up with all kinds of excuses never once offer a discount even when I asked she kept say you have to take it up with booking.com. absolutely no customer service. then as she got ready to leave from her shift, she said to him in front of me GOOD LUCK WITH THIS ONE. Very unprofessional.
