The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

They advertise a hot tub however, the hot tub is for women only and in their Heavenly Spa. The Laazazz coffee on the Mezanene floor smells like an uncleaned fast food microwave and stinks up the entire area until you go outside to the pool!!

This is my go to hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. Each time I’ve stayed, my experience has been more enjoyable!

I have staying here multiple times and this is my favorite place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend

We had such a great experience at the hotel, the pool was well kept, and all of the staff was helpful.

Staff was very pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. Some parts of the hotel were a little dated but still well kept. One downfall was the area they put us there were so many business people coming and going so you felt really out of place walking in our beachwear while they were in suits. That would be my only complaint of awkwardness.

Excellent hotel. Nice restaurant. Nice pool. I loved the chairs on the beach. The staff was exceptional though. So nice, helpful and kind. My only critique was the valet parking. Very expensive.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable with a nice fluffy down comforter.

As for the room, we had a leak from the refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was fine. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly. I’m referring to the bar staff at the pool, and the waitresses at Loma during breakfast were rude. I really liked the hotel, but our experience with the staff was disappointing. For that reason, I’m not sure I would want to return to this location. One group of staff members who were very friendly and helpful were the valet attendants.

If you have a rental be prepared yo pay 62 a day to park on the property. The parking situation

Very friendly staff . Clean and courteous

Somehow there was some big miscommunication and we weren't able to get them in a timely fashion. The ac thermostat in our room was also faulty. They did send a tech to come look at it he did a hard reset. But the problem persisted and continued after he left. This hotel doesn't have smart tvs. Other than that everything else was fine.

Room was decent but the pass through window to the bathroom was very strange and no privacy to do your business. Guess you can look out the window while in there from across the room.

Loved the Resort beautiful place to stay the parking fees and resort fees are really high other than that had a great time
